Skin condition in winter weather

I am somehow inclined to write about my skin condition while in winter weather. OHHEMGEE, it was hideous and so coarse. I was disgusted with myself. And the bad skin condition attacked all the places securely covered by layers and layers of clothes. See below pic for prove.

My symptoms were:
* breakouts
* rosacea
* visible black and protruding spots (buruks)

Egad! No more silky smooth skin for me.

Thank God, nothing happened to my face accept for it being extra dry.

At first i tried my normal Vaseline the one i brought from home. But to no avail.
(Do you know that there is no Cocoa Butter range in Malaysia. I found one in Madinah and went nuts for it)

And then i tried using Palmers Cocoa Butter Formula Daily Calming Lotion that has many good stuff in it to relieve my condition. Somewhat it was not doing anything except making me smell like a chocolate.

After doing my research, i found Aveeno has great things to offer - and i have fallen in love with it ever since! It is ooh so good! I am currently using 24-hour Mosturizing Lotion and it is keeping my skin mosturized and now all my skin problems are gone! How amazeball are them? The only thing is, i dont think they have Aveeno in Malaysia.

And now, after using Aveeno for 2 weeks, my skin is soo smooth like a baby's skin and all my tanda-tanda keji di badan sudah hilang. Best!

Though Aveeno will make ur skin feel a little oily after applying it (which i like!) but it is long lasting.

So, where do i find Aveeno in Malaysia?
Is there anyone who provide Aveeno shipping to Malaysia? Anyone...?

Ok, so... I've got an idea...
Rather than complain on how i look and how big my size is, why not i use that to my advantage and promote fuller-sized women (i like to call it squishy) being fashionable and looking pretty at the same time.

What say you?

So, why dont i start now. But when we talk about fashion in my world - it involves affordable clothes, no named brand and cheap ones.

You know how nowadays, muslim girls adorn hijabs in many unique and new way - unlike the normal ones i stated here.

As per what PuanMama said, i look like a makcik putting on towel on my head just like the same way ppl wanna dry their hair. OUCH! I think it is true.

Oh, and by the way, i've my reasons for being silent for almost a month. And yeah, i've gained a few (hundred) pounds.

Remembering Steve Jobs

Steve Jobs, the CEO and co-founder of Apple passed away at the age of 56 on Oct 5 2011. As i am not a big fan of Apple products tho i find iPad quite interesting, i am somewhat moved by his passing. Reading about his life, vision and accomplishments made me realize that he has left a huge impact on lives especially in the technology world.

Something that i read from the internet that i wanna share are:

1. He was adopted shortly after his birth. His real father is a Syrian Muslim.

2. He has never graduated from college.

3. Her sister is Mona Simpson, the author of acclaimed best seller Anywhere But Here.

4. He was well known for his awe inspiring product announcements, captivating speaking engagements and eloquent interview style.

5. A twit from someone "There are 3 apples that change the world. 1st is what eve ate. 2nd was the one that fell on newten. 3rd the one that Steve created"

6. Steve on creativity and ideas: The only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you havent found it yet, keep looking. Dont settle. As with all matters of the heart, you'll know when you find it.

Whale VS Mermaid

Something that i got from my FB.
I believe it is a good story but somehow i feel as if we (the whales) are explaining ourselves to people - we dont actually have to do that

A while back, at the entrance of a gym, there was a picture of a very thin and beautiful woman. The caption was "This summer, do you want to be a mermaid or a whale?"

The story goes, a woman (of clothing size unknown) answered the following way:

"Dear people, whales are always surrounded by friends (dolphins, seals, curious humans), they are sexually active and raise their children with great tenderness.
They entertain like crazy with dolphins and eat lots of prawns. They swim all day and travel to fantastic places like Patagonia, the Barents Sea or the coral reefs of Polynesia.

I dont have many close friends in the office.
I usually keep to myself and a bit reserved, befriending mostly everyone but still keeping my distance.
I didnt expect to be close to CikMin.

She came to the office early June 2009. Didnt pay much attention to her since im that type - konon sombong but baik hati kinda type.
But we grew closer when we shared the same room.
We share the same liking to things but we have a totally different taste in food.
I am honest to her as i share most of my secrets and feelings.
And she is one of the persons who can read me very well - she can read my face spot on.

Now, she has left for Dee Pee Aa.
And she might not return to our office.

For you who have read my FB status, yes we still havent reached Jeddah yet. There were some problems with the engine that needed spare parts from another country hence the delay.

After waiting for 3 hours in the departure hall, we were asked to check in the nearest hotel and stay a night before the plane is ready. With only the trolley bag that we have with nothing what so ever to equip us for a night stay, we headed to Royal Bintang Seremban.

Me with the one and only jubah that i am wearing and MrAR with his ihram plus a shirt and a three quarter pants.

Thank god, there are robes in the room so we use that for our stay in the room clothes. And since the hotel is near Parkson, we have bought ourselves some toiletries, medication (i sakit perut since before pergi kan.. eheh) and somethings to wear.

So now, here i am in the Executive Lounge waiting for MrAR's friday prayer to finish.

As per the latest schedule, we will check out at 5pm and head to KLIA for our flight at 11.30 pm. The travel agent said that they are considering the possibility to prolong our stay in Madinah since we have actually missed a day but it is still under negotiation. Flight availability, hotel rooms are what they need to look at. As for us, we just accept whatever is planned.

Please pray for our safety. I'll pray for all the doas that all of you have given me. Insya Allah.

I am missing people in Malaysia already.

Umrah Yang Maqbul

And i am super scared! Scared that it is making me nervous and uneasy which ended up for me feeling panicky. My stomach is in knots as if the uterus is tied in a complicated and confusing tangles.
I feel like crying. And when people start to come and hug as well as shake my hands, i quiver.

This trip - we didnt plan in detail. It is just our rezeki as we got the almost fully booked seats. Alhamdulillah.

But, i am scared. I am scared that i am not ready and my ibadah will not be counted. Here are some things that i've read about umrah:

1. Taubat masih tidak mencukupi
2. Masih berhutang solat, puasa dan amalan
3. Masih bermusuhan dengan manusia lain
4. I still owe someone money

The difference between going to Mecca and other countries is that we will be tested and it is our faith that will help us go through that.

With that said, i wanna seek for forgiveness from each one of you who have got to know me or just a mere brief encounter. I am sorry for all my wrong doings and i hope u forgive me.

Dear Allah, please ease my heart as i am doing this for you and only you. Semoga kami dikurniakan Umrah yang Maqbul. Amin!

@37 weeks

I just heard the news of KakIna's daughter passed away @37 weeks in her womb. It shook me. I dont have kids but these kinds of stories really break my heart. I cant imagine what she must've felt when she got to know that the baby she carried for almost 9 months died. She felt the baby move, she talked to her, she even named her. To KakIna, be strong and just know that she will be waiting in heaven.

To parents out there who have healthy kids, enjoy ur time with them and be thankful for that. You should take the opportunity to embrace your kids with love. Small things such as bathing/feeding your baby, spending time with them and being good parents are gifts not many people can have. Treasure that.

When proves started to emerge that i dont know how to bake...

Remember that i always faced with baking catastrophes, like from here and here and i will always and always blame the old oven?

I dont think the old oven is to blame.

It is me.

Now that i have CikRinnai, I still cant bake.

After successfully baking the scones, i was pumped up to try new recipes. So i decided to try this epic recipe from an ABC Malaysian Australian Food Blogger.

I tengok pon teringin makan!

I was pretty excited. I followed it to a tee. But sadly, it turned soggy - the same texture of a very clumped soup because.....

...i forgot to put in the sugar. Right before i want to put the 'finished' batter in the oven, i realized that the sugar was sitting on the counter quite serenely (tak perasan langsung tertinggal!). What i did? Since the batter was already hard (which i dont know whether it is at the right consistency or not), i added the sugar that was mixed with buttermilk - totally not in the recipe.

Because thinking at the logic i thought of like this: Cake keras, mcm mana nak campur dgn gula? So nak 'cairkan' gula, had to use some kind of fluid. Since i have extra buttermilk, i added the buttermilk with the sugar. At this time, i thought i have made the greatest discovery - recipe terhebat yg orang lain tak pernah buat!! I cipta sendiri. Nah kau - cake kene makan dgn sudu.*sad*.

**Next few days

I did my normal chocolate cake recipe BUT with the ganache from that so-called-epic cake. I used the white-choc-on-hot-cream recipe and i ended up with a very runny ganache. Tak boleh pakai! *menyampah*

Tak nak mengalah juga, i tried baking soft bun. Tah recipe mana i try and it ended up having very hard and burnt bontot and ugly looking because i didnt knead it well enough. *sigh*

Orang lain bake ok je.
I bake, cake jadi bantat la, hangus la, tak masak la, apa la.

Almost nak giveup.

But, i still wanna give myself a chance in trying to bake a basic butter cake. BASIC ok. Insya Allah tonight. MARI!!

Doctor's Visit Appointment 6: The Transvaginal Ultrasound

Well, it has been 2 months and there is still no bun in the oven. Tho there were scones once *giggles*

We were scheduled for the next appointment for our next step in trying to conceive in early July. I was expecting for us to see the doctor and discuss on our next move ie which treatment to choose and what not. But i was caught off guard - it is not just a simple let-us-discuss-things-first-before-deciding-shall we. But it is more of a let us test you some more and see how things go.

I was given a number for my checkup turn and was asked to pay the related bills as per the note below:

So i thought, ohh.. ok, i need to do another ultrasound (no biggie - ultrasound is not painful). I was then called to enter a room that has 3 compartments that were separated by blinds/langsir. I went into the 2nd unit and saw a machine and a very short bed.

Uhhh oohh.. This wont be the same ultrasound for mothers to check on their stomach!

The Transvaginal Ultrasound is actually a type of pelvic ultrasound. As for mothers looking at babies, it is called obstetric sonography. Totally 2 different things but using the same technology - a transducer iaitu benda yang doctor pegang untuk scan the stomach tu lah.

Using the transducer, the nurse probed into the RoseyRose. The tranducer - covered with condom and gel was used to look at my reproductive organs which include the uterus, ovaries, cervix and VJJ. Since transducer sends out waves which will reflect off body structures, the nurse can immediately see the pictures on a nearby TV monitor. The nurse moved the transducer in various directions and i felt minor discomfort but no pain whatsoever. It was over after about 10 minutes. During the probe, the nurse kept on punching the buttons on the so called keyboard maybe trying to read the picture.

I got the result straightaway. It seemed that i have no cyst, no fibroid and a healthy RoseyRose. Syukur Alhamdulillah! The doctor wanted us to start the treatment straight away. But sadly, on the of the day of the scheduled treatment, we wont be in town. So we had to reschedule until after Hari Raya.

Ohh well. I am not rushing to have a baby. So i dont mind waiting some more. And i truly believe that when it is time, ill spurt out babies like no one's business. But now is not the time yet.

Note: To all mothers out there who have no problem conceiving, thank god for that coz you are spared the feeling of trying and failing.

When a sign fails to make people aware

I am having a problem. Someone or some women just dont understand the instruction sign that was written for a purpose!!

This reminded me of an incident back in the days when i was still studying and staying in MMU hostel. There was this one girl who loved to leave behind some or most of her faeces for the person next in line to view and puke at the same time. This is the classic case of a person who doesnt use water to clean after doing her business. Kira beristinjak cara tak betol la..

Though my problem is not that critical but then it is somewhat the same. We wrote a sign asking her to stop doing what she did and showed her the correct step after passing motion. After a few times, she complied. Ingat tak incident ni CikZamie and CikMyra? Funny aint it?!

A woman (or women) in my block love(ssss) to throw used tissues in the sanitary pad waste bin even after the sign says please do not do so - chuck it in the dustbin outside instead! In this case, me as the manager of my block's toilet (quite an important role you see *ehem*), put the sign after looking that the situation has worsen. It was ok for a while but now it is happening again!

It reads: Hanya untuk tuala wanita. Buang tisu ke dalam tong sampah di luar.
Can it be clearer? Cant she see that it is soooo bersepah!! You cant even close the lid properly. And why do u need to use that much tissue to wipe your VJJ or ass for that matter?

Ok y'all help me out here. What do i do??

I was planning on emailing the picture to all the girls in my block but then i thot it'd be too harsh. So i thot of making another sign - a cynic one for sure at the top of the old sign (in red and bold font) and see how things go. Whaddaya think?

Here are some of my ideas:
* To prevent eyesore, please follow instructions.
* Mohon untuk patuh arahan bagi mengelakkan semak.
* Sanitary bin is meant for used sanitary pad. Over-used tissues are meant for global warming.
* READ THE SIGN! It is not that hard!

Some predicament here is whether i should write the notice in BM or English. As it is, all the other signs are in BM so it would be standard to write the notice in that language as well. But then i just cant find any sentence that can hit you like a thousand needle but being polite at the same time and also berhemah. Takut sentap pulak orang tu. Yela kerja gomen, sah sah kene sopan santun. For sure the culprit knows who wrote the sign coz the writer's face terpampang depan pintu bagi tau di penyelia tandas :P

How la? Give suggestions please. Dire need of help. Geli i tgk tissue lambak-lambak mcm tu.

Asylum deal anyone?

MrAR is now in Canberra. He has this dialogue for young diplomats between Malaysian and Australian government thingie. One of the issues that they will address is the asylum deal between both countries.... *yawn*

In preparing for the trip, he was told that Canberra has extreme weather. Hah, teros gigih cari gloves (walau gloves dah ada tp mcm if basah akan kuyup yang sejuk), then cari pulak jacket. You know what, it took him almost 1 1/2 hours to look for a jacket in PakcikZara. He tried all the jackets on the rack! Thank God there was only 1 rack for that particular jacket type. There was one time when he was interested with several designs and asked me to hold to his sizes. I ended up holding a total 4 jackets on my hands and shoulder! Berat sangat tau. I hope next time, when i am looking for things and is facing some difficulty in deciding, please bear with me ye MrAR.

So anyway, I sent him to the airport accompanied by err.. mostly everyone.

We hanged a lil before boarding time. I gave him some note (typical me). But this time around, the note was shorter and a lil less detailed. My drawing also became worse (not that i can draw).

Have a safe trip. Do Malaysia proud.

A bun in the oven yo!!!

It is my dream come true.
I finally got one of my own.
I loved it even before we met.
I was close to tears when i got to know that we gonna have one.
PuanMama was with me when i heard the news.

Trip to Ipoh for Pimpin' our ride project

Going back to Ipoh has always been fun. It usually involves a 2 hours ride to Perak, relaxing, chilling, eating, sleeping and all the things which are hard to do when we at SA. We will usually travel back to Ipoh after office on a Friday ngiht but this time it was a bit different - we traveled on a Saturday coz someone had to play football that ended at 12.30 midnight (ape kehenye pong!).

MrAR being the youngest sibling has quite a few plus points.We got to do nothing and treated like a house guests terhormat. Dont get me wrong, although i am Malas but i know my limit. But then again, we were refused of help whenever we want to offer ours. So there is nothing else that we can do except eat-sleep-watch telly. But we do normal house work like washing the dishes, rake fallen leaves, tidy the kitchen, clean our bed, buy paper for reading materials and other simple and easy jobs.

Food is served at all times. Comfy bed. Lepak place are abundance. Simple and easy life are all there is. Ipoh equals to bliss.

One of the reasons we went back was to oversee our "pimpin' our ride" project. MrAR sold his car and gonna reuse his nissan. Quite a car that nissan is. Still going strong (i think stronger than most small malaysian cars) and so sleek. We are gonna repaint, upholster to a new cover, tint it, add some alarm and sensor and maybe change the rims.

If you dont know what car is this, imagine pakcik cina bawak tangga nak repair paip bocor or better still pemasang astro di bumbung rumah

It's gonna be a smookin' hawt car i tell you!

Note: U'ols PTD... siapa yang ingat kereta ni sure INGAT kan kereta ni?! This car helped MrAR to ease his pain for the loss of beloved Arwah Mak. This car was used to transport budak sidang MrAR kehulu kehilir. MrAR transported a number of people in this car. Eheemm.. budak tu pon dia transport. This car also witness the show of love from MrAR to someone - sending that person to N9 from freaking Gombak and patah balik!!!

Eheh.. yup. This car has endured a lot. And i love this car (minus the Sparco sign of course!)

Dear Suami.
Today is your birthday.
You know that you are 30 this year.
Now u can catch up with me - the kids in their 30s.
We've planned a celebration for you and the rest of the June babies.
UncleK and EnAyah are also June babies.

Hope you love the celebration.

You know, i just wanna say thank you for keeping up with me in the sense of my tantrums, mood swings and needs.
I salute u for being very patient in handling me - which i presume is the most difficult woman that u've ever been with.

I also will do the same you know - keeping up with you.
I will do the things that u like although i dont particularly like it that much doing it.
For instance, i will go to your football matches and i will watch you play - that is from the comfort of the car seat since we will usually park the car near the field.
I massage u when u asked me too although i hate giving and taking massages - but i still do it because of you.
I will listen to you teasing me on the things of the past until i am quite embarrass with my actions when i was younger.
I exercise with you whenever u want - although i love it more if i can sleep.

But you know, you should thank me for marrying you.
If not, who will wash your clothes, prepare work attire which also involve ironing (the other thing that i hate the most) and who will feed you in the middle of the night if u suddenly have the thirst for apple celery juice? Who? Who?

So, happy 30th birthday. Now you can join the Senior League Football.

So we are 2 years - Part 1

As you've read my entry on our anniversary, here is the continuation of what actually happened.

We decided to have a simple nite out in KL and chose Royale Bintang KL to accommodate our stay. Personally, we loved Royale Bintang The Curve better since that hotel is brand new. As for our stay in KL, it was at an old hotel with old appliances. But our room got upgraded (yippie - the same thing happened to us on our 1st year anniversary! Lucky honeymooners we are!).

You know, one of the things we look for when we stay in hotels are the gym facility. It is a must for the hotel to have gym so that we can use to its full advantage. Right after we arrived at the hotel, we went running and step-mount-climb-thingie. We had a good 1 hour exercise and felt good as well as busuk.

After that we had a nice dinner at an Italian Restaurant in Pavillion called Capricciosa - Pasta & Pizza which is an Italian restaurant brand from Japan. I automatically imagined Chef Masahiko Kobe from the Iron Chef that specializes in Italian cuisine. So you bet i am excited to try the dishes!

They also have a branch in Sunway Pyramid. We had 4 cheeses pizza and lasagna.

Four flavored ice-creams

After we ate, we decided to stroll along Jalan Bukit Bintang all the way up to Jalan Raja Chulan - and boy we didnt feel like we are in Malaysia. Their faces were mostly Middle Eastern, European and Indonesian. I can spot only a few Malaysian faces, they will walk really fast in hopes to catch the next bus or a lil worried of the Acid-Splasher-Men.

After tired of walking, we decided to go back to the room to rest. Initially, our plan was to watch a movie (i even had it booked) but then since ~~I was~~ we were a bit lazy to watch it coz i'd rather watch movie from our bed, we cancelled the plan (I dont know why, but everytime we stay in hotels, the movies shown in Astro via hotel tv are always always good. Kinda peculiar aint it? Kalau kat rumah time nak tgk movie, time tu la tah hape2 diorg show).

We had a good nite rest, kinda good breakfast and lil rest some more. Time flies when u are having fun right? Before we know it, noon is creeping by. Our next plan was to go to EP since the last time we went back home was a few months back. Once in EP, we found this...

I am fasting today

I am fasting today.
Not that i've never fasted before, but today i feel very weak. I feel like lying down and sleep until the break of dusk.

I know when you are fasting it is not a valid excuse to be lazy, lethargic, non productive and many other lazy-related-symptoms because one of the concept of fasting in Islam is it trains us to be patient and unselfish because when we fast, we feel the pain of deprivation and endure it patiently.

With that said, i will NOT be lazy after i finish writing this post. And i will do my work as i planned. And i will try to salivate less... ehem.

So in making sure i know what to eat for the break of fast, i've selected a few food that i want based on what i've eaten before (pictures taken from previous entry). Eheh..

So what do u think of my title? Rad aint it?
Seriously, cardamom is soo magical that it made my cough stop! Literally stop!

Here is the deal, i had a mild fever last few weeks because of coughing and flu. As for me, i cant get cough. If i caught it, it will last for more than a month. And usually the cough is resulted from irritation (from God knows what) and nothing to do with my tonsil.

This petua was given from Abah's youngest sister.
She said, "Shapeena ambik buah pelaga, keluarkan biji lepas tu pepak" (Sila bercakap dengan intonasi dan slang Kedah ala-ala pekat ye) Apakah itu pepak? Have never heard of it before and was a lil shy to ask.
And of course my response was, "Oh, mcm tu. Senang je, nanti saya try".

When i asked MrAR of the meaning, he was also unsure. With the use of my creative mind (wahhh... creative padahal tak faham perkataan tu langsung), pepak maybe means gigit and telan.

As i am pretty doubtful of petua - in general, i tried gigit and telan the biji pelaga without high hopes. Namun kuasa Allah melangkaui segalanya, my cough subsided tremendously the very next day! Since then on, i've given this petua to all of my cough infected family members and friends. Insya Allah, all were OK the very next day.

This petua rawks!!

Note: After checking the dictionary, pepak means memamah, mengunyah. Yeahhh.. i was right!

When we knew we loved each other even before we met...

I knew what i want.
I even had a list for it.
Although i was oblivious the first time we met - thank God i gained my senses.
We faced rocky path, happy times, great moments, sad parts but most importantly we faced it together.
I obeyed his rules and he put up with my tantrums and demands.
I couldnt ask for a better person to spend my life with until forever.
I love every 63113854 seconds that we are together.
Happy 2 years anniversary.

Quarters house anyone?

MrAR is busy campaigning for us to stay at quarters house in Putrajaya. No offense to people who is actually living in such, but i absolutely hate the idea! He listed the positive side of living in quarters and say that it will surely benefit us more.

His reasons are basically these:
1. It will minimize our travelling cost to and fro to the office. Instead of paying RM350/month for petrol and RM175/month for toll fare, we can actually minimize it to maybe half for petrol and a quarter for the toll fare.

2. Time consumed on the road is less hence making us have more time to do other stuff. Our journey to the office will take about 40mins and the time it takes for us to reach home is mostly the same depending on the time we go back. This impose a rather enticing prospect - reaching home early and the ability to sleep more in the morning since the office ride will be less than 15 minutes.

3. If we stay near the office, when there is a problem with our kids (once we get kids la kan), it'll be easier for us to go home and settle the problem. MrAR estimated that it will only take a maximum of 2 hours to go back, settle the ordeal and get back in the office. Whereas, it'll take more than a few hours to go back and forth let alone settling the problem.

4. With all the money that we save, we can buy more things that i want and maybe have vacation more often.

5. Altho, it is not our own house, we still can decorate to our desire and beautify it as much as we want. Except maybe we cant drill the wall just to hang that 3 feet woodwork that i am thinking for my next house.

Ok, he has laid out his case and i have my reasons for not really convinced with the idea. Here are the reasons why:

1. I dont like staying at someone's house let alone a house that has been shared/used by many others unless necessary. Living in a quarters limits your creativity juice since u cant do much with the house if it involves physical changes. So how can i live my life if i cant paint my own room dark wheat grain in color?

2. Yeah, MrAR tempted me with more shoes and bags and clothes to buy and nice vaccay ideas if we hv the extra money by renting the two places we bought. So logiknya di sini, beli rumah and sewa kat orang and duduk kuarters yang bukan rumah u sendiri walhal u boleh duduk rumah sendiri tapi tak nak sebab jauh beberapa kilometer dari office? This, i CANT comprehend. Why?

3. Yes, you have the extra time because ur house is sooooo near to ur office, but what can we do in Putrajaya? No offence again to the people living in Putrajaya coz i do love Putrajaya because of the city, buildings and the town planning and all, what ever taman you can think of, jambatan yang cantik but feeds no purpose except untuk mencantikkan bandar and other stuff. But i dont like living there. Yes they have more shops nowadays, Alamanda (that actually means Alam Anda - you know, your alam. Get it? I just got to know the true meaning a year ago. Teruk kan?)But i like my hometown better.

4. I just dont like quarters houses and if i have the choice, it'll be my last.

With that being said, for you out there who is living in quarters and think that it is the most brilliant thing in the whole wide world, please sell me the idea. MrAR is pretty adamant on trying to coax me to change my mind, but so far... i am still sticking with my stand.

The DIY for Nur's Wedding: The Sweet & Sour Buffet

I've had this in my KIV post for quite some time now. So i guess i'll just post it to make up the lack of entry for these past few weeks.

Often time people will do a candy buffet for weddings just like how Ayeen did hers.

But since i dont particularly like candy, i decided to do something different in accordance to what i like which is sweet and sour buffet. The buffet was during the solemnization ceremony so not many kids will be around. Since i bet all the older guests will be more inclined to eat something sour, so i opted for the sweet AND sour food for the buffet. The kids can enjoy their sweets and the moms and dads can enjoy some asam.

After browsing and searching for ideas, i know that the The Sweet and Sour Buffet needs at least 10 different food to create a variety for ppl to choose from. I also know that the buffet line needs to use the same theme color as well as have the name to all the food available. Some tip is to place the food at different heights as to create the illusion that the buffet line is filled with food.

With the help from the ahli Jawatankuasa Tugas-tugas Khas (yeah, we actually had this particular Jawatankuasa as to handle tugas-tugas khas. For instance, making sure the buffet line is filled with food, taking care of the food signage and etc. Eheh) consisting us cousins, we created a somewhat good and irresistible buffet line that was a huge hit to the guests. There was this pakcik who wanted to bring home some asam but was disappointed that all were finished.

Here are some of the pictures yo'.

Our graphic designer - Faiz made this design for almost 2 hours. He simply hated the final output but i adored it totally!! The sign age was not written on a black board but on a black hard board with chocolate cellophane for the trim - purposely done in such a way to make it look like the real one. Apparently all the black boards from the stationery store that i frequent were finished.

Some of the food with the sign age. There were 2 categories which were masam and manis. I found this lollies that were sour and it was perfect for the buffet line. The dried pineapple were a hugeee hit! The pakcik that i mentioned earlier wanted this but too bad..

I also ordered cupcakes from Azura. I specifically asked her to do a design that incorporate the turquoise and lilac theme. The cupcakes were in flowery and swirly design. Of course i ordered the vanilla cupcake with butter cream frosting just like here. And it was sedap!!

I've always wanted to taste Yanti's RVC and i know this was the right occasion. OMA!! Seriously sedap to the max. Better than all the RVCs that i've tasted before. My auntie who doesnt eat cake also loved it. And too bad i only got to taste 1 small square from that huge of a cake.

The thing that disappoints me was the fact that we didnt capture the final look of the buffet table. I only got to take pictures before the guests came. Other than that - nada. And i do think i need to brush up my skills on designing things. I got a bunch of talented friends who does this business. And whoaahh boy, arent they talented and i sooo wish to be like them.

I promise i'll write more.

I didnt drive to work today.
So i asked EnAyah to pick me up since MrAR is not available.
The deal was for EnAyah to pick me up and we will then eat dinner together with PuanMama and Adik.
I waited until almost maghrib and guess who came?

The whole family (except of course MrAR). Here are some artwork from both of my siblings.

I just wiped all the writings on the white board a day ago and she just had to conteng it.

She exaggerated! Seriously, no 2 is totally wrong (haha).

Adik was wrong in guessing my ermmm... berat badan. Or he was saying that i look thattt heavy!

We went for dinner afterwards. Too bad MrAR cant join us.

Nur yang Lopek

Nur is the middle child in the family. So she is kinda manja in many ways. It was only normal that it boggled us thinking of her being married.

She cant/wont operate the washing machine.
She is more concern about her look than eating.
She wakes up late if time permits.
She cant/wont drive.
She is malas.
She wont clean the house unless told.
She is afraid to wash the dishes in fear that it will make her hands kasar.
She is not a fan of cooking - tho she will cook her fav dish over and over and over again.
She cried the first day that she had to spend time at Hanafi's place in Kajang.
She even cried when she had to stay a few days in Kajang after her majlis bertandang.

But she rose to the occasion.

She cooked us dinner yesterday - a complete meal i tell you ie: Rice, chicken, egg, vege and sambal. I was quite surprised that it tasted nice. Tho we had to eat at 10pm at night since she started cooking at 8 after waking up for her afternoon nap.

She woke up early since Hanafi is a morning person. Like today, she woke up to salam and said goodbye to me since she will be staying in Kajang today.
Do you know that she alternately stays in Kajang and SA every day - religiously?!
It'll be like:
Sunday in SA.
Monday in Kajang.
Tuesday in SA.
and so on..

I bet she enjoys this.

A Doctor In The House Suprise

As you might know, TunM published a new book just recently. I got a chance to get the book with discount but there was a catch - you can only get hold of the book 3 weeks after you purchased it. So, i was like yeah.. ok fine - not that im gonna read it soonish.

But when MrAR got to know that he will hv a program with him - his first instinct was to get his book and read it. Of course we didnt receive the discounted book just yet, so he bought one. No discount.

He got to meet TunM!!
MrAR said that Tun kinda walked a bit weak since age has caught up with him. But once questions were asked - his mind was as sharp as ever. And of course MrAR asked a question. Something about asking Tun's opinion on FTA. Apparently Tun is not highly excited about FTA.

And at the end of the day, MrAR got this:

Oh yeah, i receive my book today. So much for asking Tun to sign my book.

The DIY for Nur's Wedding: The introduction

For the love of everything DIY, we tried to do everything ourselves, be it the hantaran, door gifts, bilik pengantin, signage, table decor, sweet & sour buffet and other easy stuff. Nur's wedding was by far the most tiring of all three. The committee went back as late as 3am the day before the solemnization because it took us longer to prepare the hantaran. We even have a list of committee members dedicated to a certain task to make things easier to handle.

Ohh.. how i love DIYs!!

Doctor's Visit Appointment 4 & 5: Day 2nd and the RESULT

Appointment 4 went well. It was to draw some blood to check on my hormones. Did it on my 2nd day of mensus and it didnt hurt a thangg.. Note to y'all, if u wanna draw blood at a gov hospital, do come in the afternoon coz there wont be many ppl around. Ppl seemed to do it in the morning for some reason which mostly were medical.

Appointment 5 was all about the result. To tell you the truth, i didnt fret much about the result coz once i completed all of the tests, i buried the thought of thinking about the possible results wayyyy back at the back of my mind. So on the day of the result, i was quite nervous. Since it only occurred to me that what the doctor will say might change our lives.

We arrived at around 9am, waited for a while. Talked about our lives, hopes and dreams. MrAR had a nap. When i was about to go to the toilet, my name was called.

And the result is.....

We are normal! Pheewwwpphh.. Syukur kepada Allah!
Tho it wont hurt to increase the chances by taking some supplements. The doctor gave some folic acid and asked us to take some Iron vitamins. We decided to try the normal way for about 2 months and see how things go. If there is still no bun in the oven, we will try a few methods that we've discussed with the doctor.

So in two months, if all fails, we will talk about the next step. In the mean time, enjoy these pictures of us during Nur's wedding taken by Hasni and invented by Heera.

Sometimes FB can be a bane to my existance

I said sometimes - not all the time.

Social network can be quite informative in the sense of stalking other ppl's life or knowing about a person's whereabout without really asking them in person and keeping up to date with ur friends' lives since u rarely got to see them.

BUT, it really has its boundaries - for instance stop facebooking while at home when u have ur family to tend too!

Here is the thing, MrAR loves facebooking and so do i. But i dont do it at home. Usually when i am at home, i will not touch the Internet coz i'd be too busy with housework and the telly. But this differs from MrAR, when i wanna get cozy with him, he'd be facebooking. Pfffppfffttt...

Our schedule will be like this: reach home at around 8pm. We will hang together for a while, have dinner, read papers, watch some shows and we'll take our baths (on our own ofcourse). It depends on what time my favorite tv show ends and usually it'll be around 9.30 to 10pm. We will practically be doing our own stuff from then such as for me, id be cleaning the kitchen, sort clothes for tomorrow, iron 'em, lepak kat atas (you see, our house.. uh oh, my parent's house is a double stories house and we hv 2 tv rooms. So after watching tv show lagho at the lower level, i'll join the rest of the family upstairs watching tv yg keagamaan skit :), prepare things for tomorrow's work and then i'll retire in my room. And as for MrAR - he will do whatever he wants such as facebooking, read papers, youtubing, play games, facebooking some more, put the cats in their cage, facebooking yet again and surf the net).

So when i retire in our room, he'd be either on the net facebooking or doing his work on the bed. Of course i'd expect him to stop all the things he is doing and focus on me (who wudnt right?) but he kept his nose buried in his lappie. Snuggling and caressing konon nak cover tgh sebok fb, once in a while talking to me yg dah half asleep.

And he says the reason he is constantly going online is that he has to finish his work. Kunun!

The third (last) of the 3 brides to wed

As usual, Yusoff's family solemnization will always be hilarious. All because of the wali. Seriously, all of us were prettty nervous during the solemnization. EnAyah was famous for being nervous during the process.

I forgot to tell you the story when during my solemnization, EnAyah had to repeat the akad for 3 times because he was too nervous! Thank God the groom had it at one go. MrAR said looking at EnAyah being nervous, all of his vanished.

As for PnNur, EnAyah improved a bit. He got his akad after 2 funny tries and the groom had his the second time. But seriously, you cudnt believe what EnAyah did during PnNur's solemnization:

1. EnAyah forgot to say Ringgit Malaysia in his akad. Kadi had to correct him cause people might confuse the currency if it is not said out loud. Rupiah karang murah sgt mas kawinnya.

2. After EnAyah corrected his akad, Hanafi was pretty nervous so he blundered his 1st penerimaan akad.

3. The funniest part was during the 2nd take of EnAyah's akad. He said "Mohd Zaki....". That is Hanafi's father. Gilo ko apo nak kawinkan my sister with the dad. Everyone had a good laugh.

After ayah's 2nd try, everything went smoothly and Syukur kepada Allah.

The other day, MrAR was soo annoyed (but in a loving manner) of the way i answered his questions.

I cant seem to give a straight answer!

Example
MrAR: B, do u want to eat?

Me: I had my lunch a little bit late and so i am not that hungry now. But then i've been wanting tio eat some simple salad or maybe bun with butter or soup. But i dont know....

MrAR: (Holds my face and cupping my cheeks in his both hands) Just answer my question of whether u want to eat or not. Not some salad or buns or ur late lunch.

Me: Eheh. Yes, i want to eat. (smile and pucker <-- always the easy method to pujuk)

MrAR: You, kalau jawab soalan i mesti pusing satu dunia baru sampai kepada jawapan!

I realized that i take it from EnAyah!
He always does that and it irks most of us. But apa nak buat, bapa borek anak rintik. Next time around, when i ask EnAyah whether he wants me to sidai kain or not and he ended up cerita kain ade 3 bakul lepas tu letak kat mana kain-kain tu and kat luar panas so elok start membasuh and rumput kat luar panjang - i'll just nod and wait for the REAL answer which i'll get after asking him for the third time... ayah oh ayah.

The one where i hired Bead Me Please

As some of you might know, CikNur is getting married at the end of the week. Preparation is at full force now. One of it is to look good on that day. We have decided for theme colors for all the occasions.

It'll be:
Solemnization - turquoise and/or lilac
Reception - peach

In keeping the cost to be at minimum, i've decided to re-use Myra's solemnization kurung for this event but with a few changes.

I'll add some maniks on the plain kurung. And i know who is the right person to do this.

I stumbled across Zaza's website while i was browsing for beads services and i've fallen in love immediately! Her work is so intricate and cantik that i also suggested PnEjan to do her solemnization kurung beads with her.

The next time you see the below kurung, it'll be different for sure! Hope it is cantik - since i still havent received the kurung just yet tho i got the finished product picture. I will pick it up this Thursday. Yahuuu!!

Doctor's Visit Appointment 3: Blood Withdrawal on Day 21

I was scheduled for 2 sets of blood withdrawal which involve the 2nd day of my mensus and day 21. I missed my 2nd day withdrawal because it so happened that it fell on a Saturday. The hospital is closed on a Saturday. If i were to take it on Monday, it'll be my 4th day - so the result is not accurate. I have to wait for my next cycle to get the blood on the 2nd day of mensus.

Why the exact date? I believe it has something to do with checking on my hormones and what not.

For people who is seeking to visit a doctor at a gomen hospital, it is advisable to go as early as u can OR go later in the evening.
Early means you get good numbers (u dont hv to wait that long).
Later in the evening means you will not be stuck waiting for your turn with hundreds of other people coz all the morning appointments are over.

Knowing me, we arrived right on the dot where it was the peak time - exactly 9.30am. Took my number and i had to wait for my turn which was the 141 person.

Anda akan dilayan sebentar lagi meant waiting for almost 3 hours to the payment counter. Did my business there and waited for less than half hour to be called for the blood withdrawal. The withdrawal took less than 15 minutes and it was not painful. There was actually a separate counter for the elderly, pensioner and disable people. But still they have to wait for 3 hours just so their number will be called to the payment counter.

It was a bit difficult to draw my blood. Even the MA complained that on that day all her patients were difficult. She first did on my arm but was only able to draw not even 1 ml. So she changed at the back of my left hand which according to her will be a bit painful. With this new position she was able to draw 6ml of blood - just the needed amount but using vacuum blood collection needle like the picture below.

The process was not painful. Waiting was more painful.

I came to the hospital with MrAR. He went to check on his fever that has been going on and off for almost a month now. This story is an entire new post.

Looking at my mensus date, i dont think i'll be able to take my 2nd day blood withdrawal since it will fall on a Saturday as well.

We will see how things go.

Seriously, my mood swings are haywire!
I had a sudden attack of wanting to eat vanilla butter cupcakes with butter cream frosting at 3pm yesterday. Suddenly - with no warning what so ever. I started imagining these luscious frosts on top of a not-so-sweet vanilla cupcake... uo oh.. or the coffee cupcake with coffee frosting sprinkled with chocolate.. yummylicious hokeh!!

I blame it on CikNur.
I have been on the quest for the perfect cupcake for her sweet & sour buffet during her solemnization. I've been on the prowl - tasting, savoring and scouting for the perrrfect cupcake.

Originally, i dont particularly like anything sweet. I am not a sweet-tooth person but this time - i soooo want cakes: be it cupcake, butter cake, cheese cake or everything alike.

Sooooo... you know what i did when i want things? I try to get 'em or in this case i try to do 'em!!

Since i dont have any cupcake mold - i opted for a normal cake instead.
Googled the recipe for vanilla butter cake plus the vanilla frost and started baking at 9.30 pm. Gagah ok.

Remember my issues with my darling oven?
The one where i flunked at the pink cake and the one with the chocolate cake.
Ignoring the oven issue, i tried baking a vanilla butter cake with pink vanilla frosting. Sebab sangat hendaknya.... I know i can go to places that actually sell cupcake but i was too lazy to go to the nearest Bisou or Cupcake Chic.

Errr.. that night i slept feeling nausea due to the overpowering smell of vanilla, i vowed not to bake any vanilla flavored thing ever (maybe for a few months or so), i felt like vomiting and i dont even wanna look at that cake.

Sigh... seriously, i dont have the knack for butter cakes. Tried it for the 2nd time and it seriously sucked - both times.

Doctor's Visit Appointment 2: The Hysterosalpingogram test

Big complicated devices were everywhere. There was a huge Philips Fluoroscopy X-Ray device, monitor room, tv screens, big&bulky protective clothing with neck gear for the doctors, HSG paraphernalia: such as white colored dye (so much for my mauve colored dye that i wanted... hmmphhh), thin catheter, the ever so famous speculum that is also used for Pap Smear and some kain for alas and legs cover. There were 3 doctors, 2 nurses, 2 Medical Officers - all of them looking at my RoseyRose. Thank god they were all women.

This time around i was already scared.

They asked me to change into the hospital getup - which i found quite cute. It's orange y'all and it was pretty. Head to the bathroom and took some pictures (sempat lagi tuu korang) and waited for them to prep for my test.

I think i rawked this hospital suit. It is a big shirt with lonngg kain that should be worn like a kain batik - errr i guess. But obviously i dont know how to wear a kain batik, so had to make it look like a gown tied at the front. Couture kan?

I lay down on the table (just like below) and then the doctors did the test....

What the doctors did:
# they asked me to lie on the examination table and placed my rear righttt at the very end of the table. My knees were up just like in the Pap Smear position. The Doc cleaned down south of which i felt a stinging sensation bordering towards pedih.

# A speculum was placed in my RoseyRose to expose my cervix. This time around i can hear screws being wind and unwind tapi belum sakit lagi.

# After prepping the dye, the doctor inserted a thin catheter through the cervix into the uterus. Dye was then released through the catheter into the uterine cavity. How did this feels like? Like a woman having a severe period pain plus stomach cramp yg kuat. Sakit! When the dye was inserted, i can feel it running through the uterus and it was indeed painful.

# X-rays were taken as the dye flowed into the fallopian tubes and spilled out into the abdominal cavity. Sakit everytime the xrays were taken. Sakit sampai i had to curl my toes menahannya. Sakit period pain yg kuat!! This - i considered as painful since my threshold for pain is quite low. Eheh.

# I was asked to turn to my left and right in order for them to take x-rays of both sides of the tubes.

And then it was over. The total process took 45 minutes. I saw some of the x-rays pictures and of course couldnt understand any of it but it showed something like this:

Some of the complications after a HSG are spotting, fainting, uterine infection and dye allergy. After it was over and done with, the pain subsided and thank god i only had stomach cramp and mild spotting. The nurse gave me a conventional pad (kinda cute since what we normally use are the ones with micro pads, Dri-Comfort technology and what not) in case i face with heavy bleeding.

After the whole ordeal, i went out with PuanMama and AuntyMon to have our breakfast. Had the best roti canai ever!! And to top it all, i got an MC today. Yelah, dah stomach cramp + mild spotting, perlulah MC kan :)

Ok now, next appointment please...

A somber Wednesday

One of our Sidang mates passed away this morning in his sleep at the age of 31. He was sooo talented - he can dance, play the guitar, sing. He was always very helpful - willing to help at any time, never complained, always smiling no matter what. Well liked among friends.

Allah loved him more. May you rest in peace. May Al-Mighty Allah (SWT) forgive all his sins and grant him jannah and give his family (especially his wife, daughter and his twin brother) the strength. Amin.

When Mr Rizuan came to visit

This is about MrAR's friends - Rizuan and Fadhil. Both of them are in the same course as MrAR. The course is a 8 - 5 working hours and participants can opt to stay at the hostel or go home. Fadhil stays in the hostel since his house is quite far and he is not married yet. As for most married men and women, they will go home after the classes ended.

Last Thursday night at 11.30pm, came a knock on Fadhil's door. Apparently, Rizuan came to visit. He wanted to ask Fadhil out for a drink because he was bored at home but Fadhil refused. Rizuan kept on asking and coaxing but to no avail. He entered the room talking about other things but still pestering Fadhil to go out.

Fadhil was adamant on not going out coz he felt it was too late and there will be a class early next morning. Rizuan kept on asking. While Rizuan kept on talking and cajoling, Fadhil continued doing his thing in his room.

There was one time where Fadhil went to his laptop that was placed on the working desk. Imagine a typical hostel room where there will be a work desk placed in front of the bed. So when Fadhil was looking at the laptop, the bed will be behind him yes? While he was looking at the laptop, Rizuan sat at the foot of the bed (Rizuan was facing Fadhil's back) and kept on asking him to go out and have a drink with him. Fadhil refused, saying that it was already late. Rizuan came over to stand besides Fadhil while he was looking at the laptop still asking to go out.

At last Rizuan went back home.

The next day, Fadhil asked Rizuan why the hell did he come to his room in the middle of the night to ask to go out for a drink.
Rizuan did no such thing!
He didnt go to Fadhil's room. He was at home with his wife.

Unable to believe, Fadhil called Rizuan's wife to confirm his alibi. And yes, Rizuan didnt go anywhere near the hostel let alone asked Fadhil to have a drink with him in the middle of the night.

Here are some questions:
# Who or what came over to Fadhil's room that night?
# Fadhil felt a lil peculiar with a few things:
   i. Why didnt Rizuan call him first to ask for a drink rather than pop in front
   of his room and doing that instead?
   ii. Fadhil noticed that Rizuan didnt take off his shoes when he entered the
   room. If it was me, I wud've asked my friend to take of his/her shoes
   right?
   iii. Fadhil just couldnt pin point to the uneasiness he felt when Rizuan came
   to the room.

Just imagine if Fadhil adhered to "Rizuan's" request - where will they go? Naik kereta siapa or naik APA?
If Fadhil have asked "Rizuan" to take off his shoes - will there be feet on the body?

On Friday night, Fadhil didnt stay at the room. He stayed in a hotel somewhere. After he regained his composure - he started staying in his room the next day. Kalau i la kan, 3 tahun kot tak nak masuk bilik and jumpa mamat Rizuan tu lagi!

Makan-makan at EP

We had a get together at EP for the YPMians. Of course i was super nervous because the girls are really good cook!! They really know their way in the kitchen and they cook super delicious meals. Lemme show you the meals they've cooked and we've savored (this is as a promotion on how my friends are all great cooks!):

Myra: Baked Ziti that is super cheesy and meaty!!

So you see, i have big shoes to fill and super nervous about that! An advice to someone who is hosting a get together is to cook something you are comfortable with and not try to be adventurous in trying something u've never tried before unless you are a chef or reallllllyy confident. I decided to make Ayam Penyet because the only thing that i need to prepare is the sambal and ayam. Other than that, fresh veges yang sgt senang.

I also did my very first ubi kayu rebus. Pat on my back for able to boil the ubi to perfection (padahal rebus je pon). I also made sambal tumis bawang which PuanMama said was a bit uncooked - the chillies that is. PuanMama helped in doing the sago gula melaka. All in all we had a great time.

You know Myra, being her, she will always give something for a gift whenever we meet up. She gave me a house warming gift consisting of pasta sauces, extra virgin olive oil, pastas, herbs, cooking utensils and pasta recipes!! Can u imagine how happy i was for the gift. I sooo looove cooking pasta dishes.

I also got fat juicy bananas from Zamie and rempeyek from Mas. These girls really know me well - coz they got me things that i love!!

Ohh one more thing, Myra brought along these super delish cupcakes and ohh so sweet macaroons. They are soo beautiful that it was a shame that we really had to eat em.

We had tons of fun. Although our husbands were left mending their own businesses, but still we had fun tanpa rasa bersalah sgt kan? Next time, we need to invite our hubbies along so that they can get to know each other since there will be these kinds of events in the future!

Doctor's Visit Appointment 1: The Test and History Background Check

Disclaimer: This post may talk about things that are a bit eeewwie on the human body parts and some of the typical checkups involved. Brace with the visual that u might imagine once you've read these particular entries. This is purely sharing for the benefit of all.

DrSiti scheduled an appointment on fertility checkup for the both of us knowing that we've been married for a few years and still childless. She booked us for a 11.30am appointment at the government hospital that she works. As some of you might know, the parking space in hospitals are absolutely horrendous. It is basically hard to find and will definitely cause headache. But lucky for us, without much hassle, we found a spot on the rooftop.

We headed straight to the Gynecology Clinic, got our number and waited. It was a fun wait since we humored ourselves, talked nonsense, imagined the things that might entail, looked at people and basically enjoyed each other's company. When we were about to look for breakfast, they called us in.

We met DrM who quickly drilled me with standard questions on my womanly body - whether my period is regular, or whether i've taken any medication involving fertility, or whether my weight have increased tremendously (for this part, i totally blamed it on my food intake) and other routine questions. DrM said that the questions were for him to investigate thoroughly on every factor of the fertility issues.

Then he said the magic word "I'm gonna do a pap smear". My eyes reeled to that fact and gulped down the question "Pap Smear Dr., do we really have to do it?". "Yes, unless you dont want too."

Tip1: If you are not comfortable with a guy doctor, do check first as you might be stuck with the given doctor. As for us, we dont mind any doctors.

Imagine this - showing your VJJ to other person and letting that person do some tests. Name calling it as VJJ is unfitting - so i'll call it RoseyRose (kinda gives u the image eh?). The nurse - PnR guided me towards the test bed an asked me to strip off all my bottom apparels. Put on a blanket to make things less awkward and said to the doctor that i was ready.

I saw him took this device and my head spun thinking of what my RoseyRose might feel when something is being inserted in her.

I scared you didnt i? The picture above is actually a Curling Tong. The actual device is even scarier!! It is a mutated tong with extra hands that looked like a spray bottle's handle attached to the other end of the tong.

How he used the speculum - i dont want to know

Imagine not prepping your RoseyRose to her best look and throw her out to be examined by other is humilating.

Tip2: When you wanna meet someone who has the tendency to look at your RoseyRose, the least you can do is to make her up and pakai yang wangi-wangi saja. Take this as an example - you wanna show your house to someone, of course you'd clean, trim, give your house her best look. The same goes to the RoseyRose.

DrM inserted the speculum and did his thing by moving, wiggling, inserting another device, took some samples and ended it with fingering me (no pun intended) to test for something. All of these with the consent of MrAR who were also in the room and with the help of PnR.

Tip3: Pap Smear should be done when you are relaxed. The legs should not be tensed and widely spread. It will be helpful if you can be in this position:

but if you are not - just spread your legs as wide as u can. It is easier for the doctor to insert the device and much more comfortable for you as well. Never ever raise your bum coz it might injure you.

After that, he brought me over to the scan room for an ultrasound. It really felt like i am about to look at my baby since it is the same machine used to scan for babies. But mine was only looking at a black and white maplike visual. DrM really knows his thing coz out of the black and white image, he can point to many things which my non-medically-trained eyes dont understand.

DrM scheduled for HSG test to detect my uterine and fallopian health. A colored dye will be injected into my uterus. This time around, i tak tau la apa nak jadi with this test. I just hope the dye is mauve in color, so that mcm kewl la bila uterine and fallopian tukar color tu. After all of these ended, DrM, PnR & the staff nurse drilled us with a series of instruction that none i can comprehend! They told us in abbreviation - expecting ppl to understand everything and we ended up confused. But thank Allah, we've found our way around it.

With these tests, i now have a profound respect in couples who seek medical advice and trying to solve their infertility. This journey is often a daunting procedure. Many couples struggling with fertility issues have to undergo dozens of tests in order to find out what is at the bottom of their infertility. Just imagine Gulliana & Bill. And this couple have money.

MrAR also will do some tests and have answered questions. There will be more visits before the diagnose can be done. Just praying that everything is fine - so that i can start popping babies like no ones business.

Kudos to PnLish, PnHuwaida who have yet to receive good news but still went through the tiring processes and still have a glint of hope when all failed to deliver such news.

The time when i cant focus...

At 2.30pm today, i went to a training institution to give a talk. Waited for about 1 hour only to realize that i had the date wrong.

I didnt see the month. I ASSUMED it was on February.

It cost me a full 3 hours of working time.

And i paid it back with a late lunch with the family and 30 mins nap.

Since MrAR is out of town, i will usually seek sleep companion - just because i am afraid to sleep alone in my room on the lower floor coz the rest of the family members sleep on the 1st floor. So these past few days, i've been sleeping in Adik's room coz he is in the hostel now and because bilik dia kat atas.

Although i am sleeping in his room which is upstairs, huddled between other rooms, air condition switched on and all, i still leave the door slightly ajar - just in case. Eheh.

Hmmm... now i have to think of my next room to sleep since adik will go home today.

Sunny Side Up - I dont favor

Although many people absolutely love it, but i find it icky.
The oozing yellow-colored semihard yolk is very bad to my taste.
I will not use the fork/spoon that has the yolk smeared on it and i will change utensil.
Any runny yolk on my food will be extracted from my plate - plus the food too.
There was this one time where MrAR smooched me after eating half boiled egg and i practically had to gurgle some mouth wash and scrub my mouth with soap afterwards.
That is the reason why i dont eat the middle part of a cucumber (the seed part) coz it tastes exactly like a yolk! Seriously.

I'm sorry runny yolk, im just not into you.

A lot of people like to complain. And that lot of people should count their blessings rather than moan. I for one - am reminding myself on this bit. I should complain less and start giving thanks and praise Al-mighty for everything that has been bestowed on me.

I'll start now:
1. I complain too much on me being fat - yes i am curviER than what i dream of but what i should do is be thankful that i am healthy, happy and have the desire to eat unlike some people who tastes sand whenever they put food in their mouths.

2. I dont have kids yet where some people are popping babies like nobody's business - some people got pregnant and they miscarried (and this is such a devastating time of their life for sure!) but i've never been pregnant at all. I should thank to God the fact that i can do whatever i want to do to have fun without feeling guilt for my lil ones. I can have impromptu trips, lepak session at night, have fun in the sun with hubster and all other adults activities.

3. I cant afford many things in life that i WANT - looking at my current salary, for sure i cant buy a Birkin or even a measly NF LV but i will not stop here. I will strive for more with my plans in getting more money for my family. And have the time to think hard whether i really need a bag that is worth 2 men salaries and make the jews richer - maybe not.

4. Other people have better life than mine - stop looking at other people's life and start living yours! I'll start feeling more confident in pulling the she-is-a-fat-girl-but-pretty-indeed (since not all fat girls tidak menarik), travel to the places that i've been meaning to go and eat all the good food that life can offer. Other people travel to Italy and i'll travel to Jitra and make it mi sto divertendo.

Start giving thanks y'all as for we are undeserving of God's gifts with all the sins we have done.

I love Jakel but...

I love Jakel but seriously - it has this evil spirit that makes people buy unnecessary things for no reason at all! We went there to buy kain baju melayu for MrAR. Oh, did i tell you that CikNur's nikah, family members will be in turquoise and/or lilac? As for for her solemnization, we'll be in peach. We bought all the necessary kain for the family except MrAR's turquoise baju melayu. When Jakel smsed me saying they'll be having a 10 days sale,of course i cant let that pass can i?

What was i talking about again? Oh, Jakel.
Anyway, we went there to look for MrAR's baju and we ended up with his kain and a sampin. His sampin is to die for!! It is turquoise with lilac stripes. Cantik i tell you.

When we were about to leave, one of the late Jakel's son came over to us and said that he was gonna give us a BON. What is BON u might ask? It is short for BONUS. And it is not a free bonus via free kain or free money or something like that but a BON is given-daripada-anak-tauke-Jakel-kepada-pembeli-yang-telah-membeli-banyak-kain-for-additional-kain-dengan-harga-yang-lebih-murah. They guided us towards the so called BON area where kain were given 50% - 60% less. Marketing strategy yang paling meletops i tell u!

I dont want any BON but Jakel has this magic power so strong that u cant seem to resist. The words they used to put us in trance. The puji-pujian. The coaxing. I ended up buying one kain that costs me RM50 - 50% off from its original price.

Just about when we wanna exit at the front door, the other late Jakel's son came screaming over saying "Happy Hour! Happy Hour!" which meant everything for half the price.

I ended up with another 2 kain. Hmmpphhh...

His Jakarta trip

MrAR is now in Jakarta for his last trip for his course.
I hate him leaving me.
I tried to withstand - but still cry at night because of him leaving (Gembeng)
Bukan lama pon, just 7 days. But still....
And siap argue at the airport why MrAR doesnt want me to park properly at KLIA. Pastu sedih sebab gaduh benda mengarut.

I packed his work attire. This time around, it'll involve more office related activities compared to the Sabah trip.

And i used the Tidy Anne to store his undergarments and it is sooo cute - pink in color and all with polka dots some more! And they have detachable pockets for dirty undies. Kewl.

This time around, i am a bit worried. He left the country not entirely healthy. He had a mild fever during the CNY leave but what worries me most was the fact that the doctor had indicated that his fever can be signs of dengue - fever with no apparent reason, only headache and sore joints. MrAR being him, was very adamant to fight the illness. But that worries me more. By being adamant to fight, he might not see the signs of illness that are showing *Risau*

MrAR, please monitor your health. Use the information about dengue and check your status all the time. Do not fight the signs but be strong always!

The Johariess Bowling Tournament

Last Saturday I organised a bowling tournament for our families held in Mega Lanes, Plaza Alam Sentral, SA. Boy it was FUNNNN!! We drew lots for team members and bought presents for all the participants. There were 5 teams - red, blue, white, green and black with 25 players all together. We had a great time and i just hope that with these kinds of events, family ties will grow stronger. I hope my miniscule effort in making families closer is working. But of course, before it all started, family dramas will for sure unfold.

The Red team that consist of MrAR, Uncle Fuat, MakAni, Siti and Adik were quite strong looking. But their lane seemed to be 'sabotaged' due to problems with the pins. People seemed to think that MrAR is good in bowling - but the results didnt really show that (haha - my marks were better than his)

Then we have the blues consisting of PuanMama, KakRiene, Faiz, Samhan and UncleKhai. Word of mouth said that Samhan and UncleKhai were good players.

The Blues = Lane 2

The Blacks were KakAna, AbgRahim, Nabil, Iqbal and AuntyLinda. We heard that Iqbal were trained by the N9 bowling coach. He even has his own bowling ball and shoes.

The Black Team = Lane 3

The Greens were AuntyMon, Nubli, Hasni, Heera and Iman. They were the non-favourites to win the match. Coz all of em were beginners. Seriously, they sure can pose, but bowl? Ermm i dont think so.

The Green Team = Lane 4

The purest of em all were of course the whites which includes EnAyah, MakIna, Me, Nur and CheSue. We were placed in lane 5 which were a bit separated from team 1 - 4. But we sure do screamed a lot - just to get attention.

The Whites = Lane 5

And the winner of the tournament was the Blue team. And apparently, Samhan and UncleKhai were great bowlers.

Yeah, yeah they won. Position 2 till 6 were all from this team.
And that show of fingers were for number 1 not 1Malaysia ;p

And yes, the person who were coached by the N9 coach got the highest points - hence the best score for man. Budak tingkatan 1 ni kalahkan semua orang.

And the winner of the best pose is for sure EnAyah - who despite playing bowling for the first time, got the top 10 place.

no... i am not pregnant - but maybe MrAR is (eheh).

He has been craving for the ultimate beef steak since late last year. Seriously, i dont understand why the sudden craving for this meaty stuff. But i guessed it was ignited when he tasted the so-called 'THE BEST' beef steak from one of his dinners during the course.

For someone who looooooves food, i was quite eager to take this challenge on hunting for the perfect beef steak. I for one, doesnt really like beef that much unless it is in curry or masak kicap or daging dendeng. HomaiAllah!! Daging dendeng adalah sedap kannn? I still remember the taste of daging dendeng that were served during my engagement (yang tak jadi kawin tu) in year 2005 (kot? i dont remember - boleh tak?). The taste of the juicy daging that was pressed until it is penyet and the chilli paste yg menyeliputi daging itu... yummmmylicious!

Back to the topic of beef steak.

The quest began on the first week of January, when he tried eating beef steak at a gerai in PJ. Although it tasted fine, but it was not the perfect one that MrAR had in mind.

Then back in Jan 12th early this year, we had supper at Chili's at 10.30pm just because he wanted some juicy meaty flesh (i think i gained 3kg out of the supper alone!). Ohh.. talking about juicy meaty flesh, i think i can be the best candidate for him. I am meaty (banyak sgt lemak), my flesh is abundance. And for sure i ammm soo juicy in the eyes of MrAR. Ehehe.. ok ok, dont puke with my statement here. I am just stating the obvious :)

Getting back to our search for beef steak.

MrAR had this:

Lamb Shoulder

You see, at first MrAR didnt know that he was specifically looking for a BEEF steak because he was not sure whether he wanted beef of lamb. So i suggested for the lamb instead since i am a lamb lover. But the lamb turned out to be slightly chewy and tasted so much like a kambing. So this mission failed.

Yesterday, since he was still aching for a beef steak, we tried Tony Roma's. He ordered Tennessee Steak, and sadly enough, he said it has been marinated too much. He wants the beef's original taste not some beef that has 3 different sauces on it.

And the thing was, he didnt utter a single word while eating. And when i asked him why, he said - He is enjoying the meal. You should see his thoughtful face trying to soak in all the taste in his mouth while eating the steak. Pastu tak kene dengan apa yang dicari. Haha.. funny and kesian at the same time.

So, since he has yet to find his ultimate beef steak, the quest will not stop until he has found one. If you guys have any suggestion on the best beef steak in town, do tell us. Our next trip is to Jake's Charbroil Steaks. Hasni said they have the best lamb ribs in town (even better than Roma's!). But then i have to remind myself, we are looking for his beef steak - not the food that i love.

On the part of not being jealous

Last night while i was ironing MrAR's clothes and PuanMama was watching Tanyalah Ustaz - one of her favorite show, they aired on the topic of Cemburu. It was an intriguing topic since i was once in relationships where jealousy was the number one issue.

The ustaz explained that it is normal for human to be jealous with other people but the jealousy should be because of Allah and only Allah. For instance, u feel jealous of person A because that person can wake up in the middle of the night to pray whereas u sleep like a log. You all boleh? All that i know of is we usually feel jealous if a person has more money than us or the other friend bought a new car that u just cant afford or that person is promoted to a higher position than u.

I can judge myself as not being the jealous type. Not that i dont feel jealous at all, but it is at a medium-acceptable rate.

* I dont check on MrAR's handphone ever so often just to make sure no woman smsed or called him
* I dont mind him having lunch with his girl friends provided that it is with a bunch of people
* I dont mind him hanging out with his friends without me being there
* I dont mind him ogling over beautiful/sexy women - coz i'd do the same (for both sexes) :)
* I dont mind talking about his exes - coz we do talk about our exes. MrAR even has a song for his ex.

As for MrAR, let's just say that he is jealous only on the must part. Not some blind jealousy that is soo random like "asal u pandang laki tu punye hidung? U cinta laki tu ye?" That is why according to MrAR - i was able to be manipulated from my previous so-called relationship.

And the ustaz said there are difference between jealousy and dengki (is dengki = jealousy or is cemburu = envy?).
He said:

Cemburu : Merasa tidak selesa apabila seseorang ingin mengambil sesuatu yang dimiliki kita

Dengki : Merasa tidak gembira apabila orang lain memiliki apa yang kita tiada

On Thaipusam, MsKelly invited us for her 1st son birthday party. Us, who have never been to her place before eagerly accepted her invitation plus the fact that we've not seen each other for soo long. I knew MsKelly from Chegu. She is Chegu's bestfriend, so i became her friend too.

Both of these women are teachers you see. Teachers who are very productive. 2 kids for their 4 years of marriage! And Chegu is now having her 3rd!!

And you know what Chegu did to me?
She asked me to step on her feet.
Awwww... sooo sweet. I barely remember myself asking to step on her feet.

Have you heard of the myth about - if u wanna get pregnant, u step on the feet of a pregnant woman or steal senduk from her house or even tudung? I've heard these myths before - although i dont believe any of it but i did it anyways.

And of course 3 days after that i got my period...

hmmpphhh..

Note: Congratulations to PnDidi for her happy news as well. I bet she'll look extra chumil when she is heavy and bloated and tired carrying belly.

Last time during our Dee-Pee-Aa, one of the courses that we had to take was OBS - Out Bound School. From my point of view, it was the best course among all that i took. Some of the activities were kayaking, waling, mount climbing, camping, solo camping and of course eating.

I covered myself from head to toe to avoid getting dark

For the solo camping activity, we were asked to have a moment with ourselves and dwell on things that we have done and will do in the future. We were placed in the woods for us to set our own camp site using canvas and other things we deem necessary and have to stay a night - alone - with no one! I brought along a few kain batiks, tali rafia, some food, loads of water and my courage. I am a scaredy-cat you see, so imagine how nervous i am about this whole solo camping.

Sleeping alone in the woods? - i tido kat rumah sorang pon takut
Not having a proper toilet?! - i penggeli hokeh. But during the solo camping, my toilet was just a few metres away, under a tree behind some bushes belakang busut.
Not knowing what to do? - since there'll be no tv or a friend to talk.

You see, we were not allowed to talk with our fellow campers and the distance between campers were like a few hundred metres. So u cant really see them, but sometimes u can hear them talk (to themselves), sing and do some camp-site cleaning.

This was the tent that i designed for myself. Quite the mansion i tell you. Pintu pakai kain batik yg diclip with clothes-pin. U cant really sit in the tent without your head reaching its bumbung.
Thank god the tali rafia was able to hold the tent.

We were also asked to write a letter to ourselves during the night stay while we were reflecting on our behavior. We have to tell ourselves what were the things that u want to achieve in 6 months time and write anything to your heart's desire. The letter will then be emailed to your home and you will use the letter to note whether u've accomplished what u've written.

My point of this whole story is that...

yes, i've written the letter.
yes, it was mailed to me.
no, i haven't opened it.
no, i dont intend to open it - ever (since i hv a very strong mind that i remember every detail of the letter. no need to open it)
no, i dont intend to share it with anyone.
yes, i kept it in a box that is placed in a drawer, kept hidden from the visible eyes
but.....

MrAR found it!
He found it when i asked him to look for a document. And no, he didnt find the document. He found the letter instead.

And what he did was - during his send off to my office this morning, he asked me "Who is MS?". I was like "Huh? MS? What are u talking about?"

For the people close to me, you know well enough who MS is kan? He was my crush back in 2004 and back then i was soooo sure that i want to marry him (heh! :p). So i wrote in the letter that i am sad that he was getting engaged with someone else although i accept my fate.

I also wrote somewhat like this:
Current Boyfriend = Ahmad (bukan nama sebenar) Not in 6 months time.
Scandal 1 = NINA (bukan nama sebenar)
Scandal 2 = MrAR (nama sebenar)

For this whole week, MrAR will be sending me to work since he got a week's worth of course-leave. So what he'll do is send me of to work and go to office or hang with friends or simply send me and go home to continue sleeping.

So today, while we were driving (while he was driving is actually the case) and talking nonsense, i suddenly heard this violin played in a very beautiful intro of a song. I said to him that i know i will love this song since they use violin as one of its instruments.

Then, came the voice of the singer.......

I got misty eyed you see
because HE was the singer
HE, the man that i absolutely adore!
HE, the single and available man (apart from what everybody says)

The man is Abang Nuar!!! The song is from the original soundtrack of Hikayat Merong Mahawangsa titled Sedetik Lebih.

The second of the 3 brides to wed

After a successful wedding of Hasni & Samhan, our next one was Ayeen's on 1st January 2011 - 010111.

As usual gotong-royong for the preparation of the wedding will be done by the family starting from the hantaran up until the bertandang ceremony at the guy's side. This is the funnest thing to do kan - when family get together to prepare for certain occasion. There will be for sure a gossiping, eating too much and sleeping (sbb penat buat kerja).

We just wanna thank Allah for the smoothness of this event since Ayeen's father has the history of making their life difficult. Do you know that Ayeen and Alan went to the same kindergarten where they even performed together! They've known each other for more than 10 years! After all these years, they are still going strong as ever and love each other dearly.

We were all happy. Everything were done by the bride and us. So suffice to say, we can call ourselves the amateur wedding planner now. Wahh..

1. I gained weight

2. I felt deliriously happy with my life. Thank you Allah.

4. I dont remember me or the loved ones being sickly-sick hence thanking god for the health that has been bestowed upon us.

5. Atuk passed away a few days before Syawal. We still miss him dearly.

6. We had 2 vacations last year, 1: Us husband and wife. 2: The Yusoffs

7. Our EP house has completed and we stayed there occasionally.

My resolution for the year 2011:

Ok, i gotta be realistic on this one. No more vow to loose 20kgs for the year 2011 and other things that i know is hard to accomplish. So my list for the year 2011 are:

1. Never assume on people, things and issues. First, do a background check on things before coming into a conclusion.

2. Always and always have a positive look on a person and not dwell on his/her bad traits for long. If that person is a bane to your existence, what i'll do is scrap him/her out of my life eliminating the hatred feeling altogether.

3. I WANNA LEARN BAHASA MALAYSIA. I will write more in BM and learn the words that i dont know off.

4. I'll do what i say i wanna do.

Nota: Why do we make resolution for the year 2011 and not the year 1432H? Arent we supposed to start our resolution on the 1st Muharram instead?

As per described here, the wedding went well. I felt so blessed to be gifted with a happy family as well as the extended families being so close. It is so much fun when families get together to prepare for occasions and while doing that, we will surely joke around, gossip a lot and hangout just to reminisce the old times.

So below are the pictures (plus a lil outline) of the seductive-chocolate-themed-wedding at Hasni's side.

As for the people who knows me and the cousins, we are well known for our pouty-look-poses. And PuanMama was pretty opposed to the idea of taking pictures of us pouting, but then she crumbled when most of her sisters did the pouty-look-pose. Harus la join kan?

As what usually happens during camwhoring, we forgot to take pictures of the bride and groom (typical self-centered people we are!). So here is one of 'em.

The bride and groom are both architects, so their vision on buildings were quite different than normal people. So when they took pictures at the Emkay building (aka bata) along LDP highway towards Kepong which from my first look made me think of an unfinished-old-looking building, i knew the reason why am i a normal gomen worker and not an architect.

I am soooo happy that words cant describe it!
If only the 2nd leg of the match was done in Malaysia, we would seriously go and support our team till the end.

This is my hero! He made the football team won the Sea Games 2009 and also the Suzuki Cup 2010 and for sure many more to come!

Sudahnya, i was the only one standing smack infront of ppl yang dah seated and rasa mcm muka tebal 85 inci. In the end, someone offered us a seat. Yeah ONE seat that we had to share. Maka i had to sit on his lap the whole of 2nd half.

Some random thoughts

This weekend will be a busy weekend. Very busy that we will hv no time to wake up at noon. The first is of course our Gambang trip. Then it'll be MrAR's futsal tournament. Next Mas vs Ina at Bukit Jalil (rawk on Mas!!).

Gulliana said "No woman wants to be asked if she is pregnant when she is not!". Well said.

I slept at 3am in the morning because my packing took a tad too long. It is always the case where if i were to travel the next day, i'll be very busy running errands the night before. And there will always be a good show on tv that i have to watch. So the packing will only consume after midnight. Take for instance yesterday, reached home around almost 8-ish because before that i stopped by SACC to look for black flats. I ended up with 2 flats: black and grey. Then all of us decided to eat out coz i had a sudden crave for Subway (i dont know bout u guys but the 6-inches Subway tak mengenyangkan kan?) Then MrAR just had to buy his hampers for the futsal - yesterday. Kenapa tak beli 10 big humongous hampers tu sejam sebelum perlawanan? Then they showed the re-run of Masterchef US final - the one and only part that i havent watched. Of course i cant possibly start packing before knowing who is the winner (although in this case, i know the winner already but gatal nak tengok jugak).

3 trolleys for all his hampers and dihabiskan all on the shelves. Nasib cukup.

I am looking for a grey getup for the 2nd wedding of the 3 cousins. Seriously, i couldnt find one!! It seems that i have to buy kain instead and ask Hong Li to sew it for me. Tah sempat ke idak pon tak tau.

The Bling Bling Theme: Attire Found - Episode 2

So i've found a seemingly ok-ok attire. Not at all glamorous (pressure no1) but bling-bling nonetheless. You know, i am the type that will go bonkers if i dont hv something suitable to wear for occasions like this. It is actually a sleeveless dress above knee level (to be worn with a pair of pants of course) and i also bought a bolero. I found a fedora for him but not the silver mesh. I only can find a silver shawl as the substitute.

What if some other ppl wears baju bling-bling maha hebat. Mine will look like it is a dress you wear to shop at grocery store rather than a dinner.

This is the largest size for a fedora and still it fits him rather snugly. Kepala besar katakan.

Just hope that i will not appear humongous in it and decent enough to carry the look (i heard someone in the office who wants to wear sari bling-bling glam gitu). All i need is to look for my missing pants that goes well with this getup. Mana seluar tu pegi pon tak tau lah. If hilang, pengsan i (pressure no2)!!

The Bling Bling Theme - Episode 1

The office is gonna have a Retreat in Gambang to discuss past and future activities. There will be a dinner at the end of the retreat. What panics me the most is the theme they gonna have for the dinner - My Life In Bling bling.

What the heck am i gonna wear?
This is such a crucial issue!! Soooo crucial that it made me unable to sleep at night just thinking about it and this is BIG - me not sleeping i mean.

The issue is huge because:
No1: It is hard to find clothes with my current size
No2: It is hard to look decent if i were able to find clothes that can fit me due to my size
No3: I dont feel comfortable going in an event where i am not properly dressed because the terror of looking hideous.
No4: It is hard to look decent if i were able to find clothes that can fit me due to my size... uh oh, i am repeating myself. This shows how crucial is the situation. It is like the matter of life and death you see.

I remember few months back where PuanMyra had the same kind of theme for the official launching of K M Oli Mohamed. She and her sisters wore identical dresses with different color. Dah la harga berpatutan pastu pemakai cantik. Brilliant!

I totally love this getup. But then i dont think it is suitable for a dinner. More like a night out in a club. But the shoes are to die for.

Busy weekend filled with weddings, a missing luggage bag and an incident

We had no time to rest for this weekend as it was filled with 2 wedding receptions, KLIA trip that took us soooo long due to the missing luggage bag, incident at the wedding and an uproarious Sunday night dinner at home.

Saturday
1. Hasni's Wedding Reception - this is the continuation of the Solemnization done on 1st Muharram. There were no pictures taken by us since i was busy MCing and CikNur only took pictures with someone else's camera. The dewan was nice as it was decorated like the insides of a modern hotel, food was abundance, bride&groom were pretty and handsome and my feet were very tired as i had to stand the whole time.

2. KLIA trip that took us sooo long - precisely 1 hour and 47 minutes. MrAR touched down at 8.20pm but due to his missing luggage, he came out 1 hour and 40 minutes later. This was his rendition of the episode:
18/12, 20.20: Arrived at KLIA
20.40: Waited for the luggage.
21.15: Was informed that the "kontena" was sent to the cargo.
22.00: Was informed that the "kontena" is empty and they found the actual "kontena" still in KK. It will be sent to KLIA at 8.30 next morning.
23.00: All of us finished filling up the lost luggage form and headed home.
19/12, 11.00: Still waiting for the call from the airport.
19/12, 14.00: Finally received my luggage at around 2 pm sent by a taxi driver who was paid rm20 per delivery
How can a container went missing? Itu i tak faham.

Sunday
3. Samhan's Wedding Reception - Food was delish, conversation was upbeat, bride&groom were pretty and handsome, i nearly fell from the dais in front of everyone (due to my lack of poise) and last but not least an incident that foul the mood. It was a situation of --> Say this as if u are possessed by an unforeseen power "Kau kacau aku!! Aku tak suka. Aku baru masuk dia ikot hidung. Kau jangan mintak aku keluar!!" *gasp*

4. The rackety dinner was because 2 sisters cooked up a storm in the kitchen.
